Patient Satisfaction Scores Rise

UCLA Health System is recognized as one of the nation's best health systems for leading-edge research, teaching and patient care. Now, more and more, our patients are telling us that we're among the best in delivering a truly outstanding patient experience.

• Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center and Orthopaedic Hospital posted its highest patient-satisfaction score to date, and is approaching the 75th percentile compared with all hospitals across the nation.
• Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital at UCLA is receiving high patientsatisfaction scores based on an internal survey, and patient demand is at a record high level.
• Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center and Mattel Children's Hospital UCLA achieved patient-satisfaction scores in the 90th percentile compared with all hospitals across the country, our highest scores to date.
