Speak a Foreign Language?

You can help! UCLA Health System Patient Affairs is seeking volunteer interpreters who speak English and American Sign Language or one or more foreign languages: Spanish, Korean, Vietnamese, Farsi, Russian or Japanese. Training is available for those fluent in medical terminology and would like to become an interpreter for our hearingimpaired or foreign-speaking patients.

By becoming a volunteer interpreter, you can use your special language ability to make UCLA Health System a warmer, more welcoming place for our patients.

Interpreters will receive a meal ticket for their time.

Visit Patient Affairs at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, Suite 1107, or call (310) 267-8001.
