It’s the beginning of a new year. Evidence of recent good times with See’s Candies, overstuffed turkeys, triple-glazed hams and yams and platters of other holiday treats hang from our hips, bellies and chins. It’s time to take control. Time to lose weight. Exercise more. Stop smoking. Time to take better care of ourselves.
