| Posie Carpenter, Chief Administrative Officer at Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center and Orthopaedic Hospital, Dr. Wally Ghurabi, medical director of the Nethercutt Emergency Center and Dr. David Feinberg, interim Chief Executive Officer for the UCLA Health System, cut the ribbon to the new Nethercutt Emergency Center before it was unveiled to the public at a Community Open House on July 15. Hundreds of community residents turned out for a sneak preview of the state-of-the-art facility, which opens to patients on July 25, and other festivities such as health screenings, kids activities, entertainment and refreshments. |
